Day 1 - Tallaght - Sunday 28th May - Online entries are open and close on Monday 22nd of May.

Below are the Links for online entries, Day 1 is already live and accepting entries and the system will be live either tomorrow or the next day for the other 4 days of individual contests. Relays link will follow, and only club competition secretaries should submit the relay teams.
