Important Information
Day 4 - 7th February - Relays
An authorised official from each club should collect the relay bib numbers at the check-in desk before closing time – last runner wears the bib number.
Clubs with more than 1 team in an age group MUST provide a label with “A”, “B”, “C” on the vests of each athlete.
The check-in officials should be advised if a team is not competing.
Athletes should only be in the warmup area at the times listed on the timetable.
Only coaches with wrist bands will be allowed into the warmup area.
Athletes MUST be in the call room/assembly area when called.
No coach/parent should go to the results/photo finish room.
Day 5 - 8th February - Spraoi Games
An appointed official for each club should pick up a list of their entries at the check-in table
All Spraoi Games athletes do NOT need to check in, as they will be listed on the start sheets, and will not be issued with bib numbers or wrist bands.
Athletes should only go to their event area when called.
All clubs must provide officials and insert the names in the google spreadsheet through the link below.
Coaches/Youth volunteers (2 per session per club) should be present and sign in 45 minutes before the start of the sessions to assist with the competition.
Clubs must provide additional volunteers (total including those assisting with the competition on a ratio of 1:15) to assist with other duties on the day.
Clubs can provide Youth Athletes (U16 & older) if they wish and the roles suitable for them are marked in the google spreadsheet below.

Please only put names into the golden cells (the lead in the various teams) if people have some experience of officiating, if possible as these will be key roles in assisting the Young Officials.
General
Only officials are permitted in the competition area.
No unauthorised photographers are permitted in the competition area.
On both days, parents, coaches and athletes should be advised not to arrive any earlier than need be for their event, as car park spaces will be limited. However, they should be in attendance before check-in closes.
Spectators and competitors should enter through the main door and exit at the door at the bottom end of the arena as soon as possible after their session is concluded.
NO entry through the exit door.
Please advise your members to place rubbish and empty containers in the bins provided and keep the area where they are situated clean.
Please respect the voluntary officials at all times.
Entry Fee: 5 euros on both days (U16’s are free)
