The second meeting in the Graded Meeting Series was held in the Tallaght Stadium on a dull  still evening which provided ideal conditions for distance running.

Donore Harriers provided a number of winners in the 1500 metres series. Karla Doran set the trend with a last lap surge which brought her to a personal best of 5.00.08 with Orla Bollard of Skerries holding off Liffey Valley's Aine Donegan for second . Linda Byrne made a rare track appearance and took the pace along in the A race. It was Ide Nic Dhomhnaill who had the best finish over the last 200 metres to win comfortably from Niamh Fitzgerald and Sinead Lambe.

Ferrybank's Andrew Connick looked like he was on his way to victory in the Men's "A" race but the diminutive Daragh Fitzgibbon had the best kick down the  home straight to record another Dorore win in 4.03.2.

Emmet Jennings took the 5000 metres "A" race along  in the early stages but Sliabh Gullion's Paddy Hamilton was a comfortable winner in 14.43.2.. The "B" race was closer with Raheny's Wesley O'Brien holding off Liffey Valley's Paul Balfe in 16.36.7.Meghan Ryan was the fastest of the women in the race recording a p.b. 17.14.6.

Catherine McManus of D.C.H. was the fastest in the women's 200 metres series clocking 24.60 whilst Niall Flanagan of Crusaders clocked 22.99 the fastest in the men's series.

Grace Casey of Eire Og had a best of 37.87 to win the women's javelin with Michael Jordan of Naas A.C. leading the men with a best of 45.92.. James Kelly won the men's shot with 13.22.
