Dublin Athletic Board Graded Track and Field Programme 2019 by Nick Davis

The Dublin Graded Meeting Series begins on May 1st. in Morton Stadium with eight meetings scheduled for the season. These meetings have a nationwide appeal with athletes from all over the country travelling  . They give an unique opportunity to compete at an appropriate level across the entire range of track and field events.

Last season a highly successful Jumps Clinic was introduced and it will be back again at the opening meeting in Morton Stadium on May 1st. when National Jumps Coach David Murphy will be along to provide his expertise . A chance for athletes and coaches to hone their technique for the forthcoming season.

The extension of Women's Middle Distance Grades to " C" and "D" has been highly successful

giving athletes with no previous track experience the chance to move off the roads and enjoy running with athletes at their own standard.

On Line entries will be available up to 2 p.m. on the day of competition and athletes are encouraged to use this system as it facilitates the grading of athletes.

Last year Phil Healy set an Irish 100 Metres record in Morton Stadium at a Graded Meeting so athletes of all standards can set about setting their own personal records during the Summer at a Dublin Graded Meeting.
