This years Dublin Athletic Boards 10 Mile Road Championship will be run in conjunction with the rank Duffy 10 Mile Road Race which takes place in The Phoenix Park on August 21st 2010 starting at 10.00 AM
Athletes should enter the Frank Duffy Race and include details of Club when registering. Results will be compiled from the overall results list. Championship medals will be awarded to the first three Seniors and
all Masters catagories for both Men and Women. Masters catagories start at age forty and over on race day. Further information from,
